She also brings an understanding of finance, business and negotiating skills which she has developed over the years as a math teacher and head of business affairs for New York-based Flashframe Films. A Graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with postgraduate studies at UCLA and Cal Berkely, she has continued her studies in real estate obtaining an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) certification, a “new home specialist” certification, and a national appraisal certification.
